The Patient Participation Group (PPG) at St Clements Surgery has been established since 2003 to understand the views of patients on the services that the Surgery offers.

The group was set up to give Patients the opportunity to air their views collectively in the planning and implementation of their health care. This will assist us to improve the quality of services we provide. The group reviews everything from access to services, local health needs and the effect of the changes in the NHS on the Practice. It is an open membership group that encourages involvement and attendance from all areas of the Practice community.

If you are interested in taking part please look out for the posters around the surgery or leave your name at reception and we will be in contact.
